Hi,
This week, I felt drained—a close friend let me down, and it stung. But here’s what I realized:
Loving yourself first isn’t selfish—it’s essential. People are flawed, and everyone will disappoint you at some point. Expecting perfection only sets you up for pain.
I’ve been down the isolation path before, and it doesn’t help. Instead, focus on connecting with people who lift you up. 💬 Life’s messy, but the bumps are easier when you stop expecting a smooth ride.
People grow, and sometimes that means growing apart. That’s okay. Focus on yourself, find your people, and keep moving forward. 🚀
And to remember, that we're all walking each other home....
What do you think?
🧡 Totally agree—love starts with yourself!
🤔 Not sure, but I’m working on it.
😟 I struggle with this a lot.
Here's some Inner Game wisdom to chew on this week
1 question
What’s the one excuse you’ve been holding onto that, if you let it go, could completely change the trajectory of your life?
2 questions (and answers from me)
Why wake up so early? Because it’s the ultimate cheat code. At 4:30 a.m., my mind’s sharp, my willpower is full, and there’s no noise—just pure, uninterrupted time to focus on fitness, creativity, and mastering my inner game (think breathwork, meditation, the works). I used to think, “I’m not a morning person,” but that was just a story I told myself. Changing the story changed the game.
How do I multiply the value I create? Start by asking: What’s my hourly rate? Then figure out how to make it 10x. Whether that’s through smarter decisions, higher-leverage activities, or optimizing your energy (waking up early helps here, trust me). Value multiplies when you get clear on your world view, eliminate limiting beliefs, and focus on what matters most.
3 insights from me
Decision-making is like haircuts and tattoos. Some decisions (like a haircut) are reversible—mess it up, and you can fix it. Others (like a tattoo) are permanent—so take your time. Knowing which type of decision you’re facing changes everything. Spend your energy wisely and move faster when the stakes are low.
If you chase two rabbits, you’ll catch none. As an entrepreneur, it’s tempting to do everything—launch the product, grow the team, chase partnerships, build the brand. But the truth is, not all tasks are created equal. Focus on the one thing that moves the needle the most. Nail that, then move on. Clarity beats chaos every time.
Success is rented, not owned. Think of success like a gym membership—you don’t buy it once and keep it forever. You have to show up, pay your dues, and put in the work every single day. For entrepreneurs, this means focusing on the process, not just the results. Keep earning it, and the rewards will follow.

The Secret
It’s not about the perfect hack or the latest shiny tool. It’s the boring stuff that works:
Show up every day, even when it’s not exciting. 📅
Aim for progress, not perfection—1% better every day adds up fast. 📈
Stick to the fundamentals—because fads are just distractions in disguise. 💡
Consistency beats intensity. Fundamentals crush fads. And progress, no matter how small, always outpaces perfection. The real flex? Doing the basics so well that they feel like a secret." 💪

This isn’t just a health innovation—it’s a new status metric. People will flex their ‘clean blood’ scores like they do with steps on their Fitbit.
Huge potential here:
Better health awareness
New data for researchers
And a whole new category for biohackers to obsess over.
Love him or hate him, Bryan is moving the needle.
So if this year feels like a grind, don’t sweat it. You’re just laying bricks for the cathedral you're building.
Health isn’t a checklist; it’s a practice. A process. A lifestyle. You don’t just do it once—you live it.
The real question: What’s the next niche that’s about to go mainstream? My bet’s on personalized longevity hacks (peptides, anyone?) and real clean water becoming the new coffee culture.
