Hi,
The holidays were epic—late nights, ridiculous amounts of food, a ton of friends and family, and memories that’ll last. But now? It’s game time. Getting back into rhythm is always a grind—never easy, always worth it.
My coach asked me, How do you intend to get back the rhythm? For me, it’s simple: the power of streaks. I build momentum one session at a time. Start small, stack the wins, and before you know it, you’re unstoppable.
How do you plan to bounce back?
Build momentum one small win at a time (power of streaks) 📈
Dive straight into a strict routine—go all in! 🤿
Ease in slowly, find your flow over time 🐌
Still riding the holiday wave—what rhythm? 😅
Here's some Inner Game wisdom to chew on this week
1 question
What’s the one excuse you’ve been holding onto that, if you let it go, could completely change the trajectory of your life?
2 questions (and answers from me)
Why do you care so much about mindset? Because your mindset is the operating system of your life. Upgrade it, and everything runs smoother—business, relationships, health. Neglect it, and even the best tools and tactics won’t get you far. Mindset isn’t a "nice-to-have;" it’s the engine that powers the whole machine.
How do you stay consistent when life throws curveballs? Anchor yourself to your non-negotiables. For me, it’s daily meditation. It's the guardrails that keep me steady no matter what. Consistency isn’t about perfection—it’s about showing up, even when it’s messy.
3 insights from me
Action beats perfection, every time. Waiting for the "perfect" plan is like waiting for a bus that isn’t coming. The best way to learn is to start. Take the imperfect action, get feedback, adjust, and grow. Clarity comes through motion, not overthinking.
Your energy is your most valuable currency. You don’t "spend" time—you invest energy. So ask yourself: Where’s your energy going? Protect it like it’s the foundation of everything you build—because it is. Sleep, movement, nutrition, and boundaries are the unsexy superpowers behind massive success.
The goal isn’t to balance—it's to integrate. Work-life "balance" is a myth. The real magic happens when you align your work, relationships, and passions to serve a bigger purpose. When they work together, it’s not balance—it’s flow.

The Search for Gold
Here’s the truth: Most people think they’re full of big ideas 💡, but 99 out of 100 times, they're just noise. Even the legends—people known for their creativity—will tell you that true big ideas are rare, like finding a needle in a haystack 🪡.
David Ogilvy, the godfather of advertising, once admitted he had only about 20 real big ideas over his entire career.
Why?
Because big ideas don’t come from grinding out brainstorm sessions or forcing it.
They come from your subconscious, that hidden part of your brain where all the magic happens ✨.
But here’s the catch: Your subconscious is like a giant soup pot 🍲. If you want a delicious dish, you’ve got to load it up with quality ingredients first—knowledge, experiences, insights.
Then, let it simmer. Disconnect. Go for a long walk, take a hot shower 🚿, pour yourself a glass of wine 🍷. And when you’re least expecting it, bam, the idea hits you like a lightning bolt ⚡.
Moral of the story: Feed your mind the good stuff, then give it space to marinate. That’s where the gold is 🏆.

Starting a business? That’s entry-level.
Buying one? Smart move.
But scaling one? That’s where the real players are made.
This chart is brutal but honest:
96% of businesses never see $1M in revenue.
4% make it to $1M, but less than 0.4% crack $10M.
And $50M? That’s the mountaintop only 17,000 firms reach.
Every step comes with its own ‘Valley of Death’—those points where most businesses stall, struggle, or flat-out fail. Scaling isn’t about just working harder; it’s about building systems, leveling up leadership, and finding leverage to survive these valleys.
Most importantly: If you’re gunning for financial freedom, scaling isn’t optional—it’s the game. Play it well.
Health isn’t a checklist; it’s a practice. A process. A lifestyle. You don’t just do it once—you live it.
The real question: What’s the next niche that’s about to go mainstream? My bet’s on personalized longevity hacks (peptides, anyone?) and real clean water becoming the new coffee culture.
